My office is now located inside the 212 Performance Gym in Centennial. This facility offers a superior fitness experience. The New Recovery Lounge features saunas, cold plunges, and compression boots for optimal recovery. I now have full access to their facility, including a functional training area, strength, and cardio equipment. We have providers on site with private rooms for reformer Pilates, massage therapy, and acupuncture as well!
